PDL appearances
[edit]Alright, so there's some discrepancies out there about Shinyashiki's appearances for Des Moines and the Rapids U-23s. We previously had on here that he scored 11 goals in 15 appearances for the Menace in 2016; however, he isn't listed on their roster for the 2016 season and the club doesn't list him as having played a game that season. WorldFootball.net says he played for the Menace that year, and this article confirms that, but there's no statistics that I can find to back that up (and Des Moines only played 14 regular season games in 2016, so there's no way the numbers we had up were fully correct).
That same article from the league also says Shinyashiki scored 18 goals for the Rapids U-23s over his two seasons there, and other sources also say 18 goals in 26 appearances. However, the PDL only gives him a total of 12 goals in 16 appearances, which directly contradicts their own article.
For now, I've removed the Des Moines stats (because it was impossible for him to have played 15 regular season games, so the numbers obviously need corrected). I left in the Rapids U-23 stats, because there are some sources to back them up, but there's got to be one unifying source out there, I'd hope. Pinging @Quidster4040: as creator and @Curioushamm: as a frequent Rapids editor, and to anybody else that notices this: any way you can make heads or tails of this whole situation?
